The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to nearby attractions. the complimentary tea and coffee were a welcome touch. i found the staff member named john to be quite helpful. the bed in my double room was comfortable.
i noticed there was no hand soap in the toilet, and that was a letdown. the shower's temperature control was difficult to adjust, and it took a while to find the right setting. the heating ran on a timer.

The room was clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. The reception staff was very accommodating. They gave me the information I needed. There was complimentary tea available all day and night.

the hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the station, i found that it's a bit far from the main town area.

The location offered easy access to the city center, a short walk sufficed for reaching many attractions. i found the complimentary tea and coffee available all day and night a thoughtful addition. the staff member at reception was especially cute and helpful upon arrival. the bed was soft. I slept soundly.
the walls seemed thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, making it difficult to fully relax at times.

the staff were very friendly. the hotel features newcastle themed walls, black with white stripes with the badge. arsenal memorabilia, what a great surprise! i chose this hotel and was welcomed in and the bar was great. the pints were cheap.
the room smelled damp and mouldy. the radiator was broken, so when the heating was on, it was sweltering.

The hotel is a short walk to the city centre. Plenty of buses go past into the centre if you don't want to walk! shops were next door. A great convenience.
