The location was convenient. It allowed quick access to nearby attractions. the complimentary tea and coffee were a welcome touch. i found the staff member named john to be quite helpful. the bed in my double room was comfortable.
i noticed there was no hand soap in the toilet, and that was a letdown. the shower's temperature control was difficult to adjust, and it took a while to find the right setting. the heating ran on a timer.

I slept soundly.

the staff were very friendly. the hotel features newcastle themed walls, black with white stripes with the badge. arsenal memorabilia, what a great surprise! i chose this hotel and was welcomed in and the bar was great. the pints were cheap.
the room smelled damp and mouldy. the radiator was broken, so when the heating was on, it was sweltering.
